As Martin Luther King, Jr. once said “there is nothing more powerful than an idea whose time has come” and we think that the National Sports Authority (the “Authority”) is such an idea. While there are a number of organizations that serve the Black community by promoting and/or protecting our civil and economic rights, there is not a single organization in the community that is a recognized authority on the $500 billion per year sports business industry that is dominated by Blacks at the player level….until now.
